Very pleased with my Recon Product.Shipped in a retailed box and the hedge trimmer was like new. I did not see any blemishes on it.Does the job Battery last good on shrubs and does fair on crepe-myrtles,and being cordless it is lite-weight and doesn't wear you out. This is completely useless. I used two new fully-charged batteries, and each only lasted 5 minutes, just enough to make a mess, and not enough to get any real work done. The hedgehog uses too much energy for a battery. Also, it kept jamming even though I was clipping small, skinny branches. I used this a total of three times (about 30 min. over a weeklong period) when smoke started coming from the motor and it burnt up. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt, so the company will not work with me in replacing this hunk of junk. Buyer beware, and if you disregard this message, please keep your receipt!
